神楽坂『神楽坂茶寮』
今回も前回に引き続き、ヘルシーで低カロリーなスイーツを紹介します。
「甘いもの大好き！でも太りたくない…」女性の切なる願いをかなえてくれるスイーツ達です。
名前の通り、神楽坂にある『神楽坂茶寮』に行ってきました。
飯田橋から神楽坂を登り、小さな路地に入ると…ひっそりたたずむ町屋風の一軒屋。落ち着い
た和の雰囲気に癒されます。
こちらでは和の食材をふんだんに使ったスイーツを楽しむことができます。
１品目『黒豆豆乳のできたて豆花（とーふぁー）、黒蜜添え 』680円
丹波産黒豆の豆乳をアガー（海藻が原料の凝固材）で固めていただきます。最初はとろとろだった豆乳が、少しずつプルプルになっていくのがわかります。
まさに出来たて！ほんのりとした黒豆の甘さにうっとり…お好みで黒蜜を。
豆乳なので、イソフラボンやポリフェノールがたっぷり♪女性の味方のスイーツです。
2品目『生麩と白玉のクリームあんみつ』730円
生麩がデザートになるの？とちょっとどきどきしながら食べました。
食べてみてびっくり！黒蜜との相性ばっちりだし、なによりもちもちした食感がおもちみたいでおいしい♪
生麩も栄養価が高く低カロリーな食材なんですよ。
和食材ってすごい！
3品目『くるみとわらびもちのタルト』680円
甘さ控えめの、生クリームとあんこの中には香ばしいくるみがいっぱい。
最後にいただいたのですが、あっさり完食してしまいました。
わらびもちも抹茶味で美味♪
和食材のパワーを思い知った一日でした。
お店には食事のメニューもあり、やはり和食材をふんだんに使ったヘルシーなもの。
こちらもお薦めですよ。
また、店内は癒しの工夫がいっぱい！照明やBGMがとても素敵です。
疲れたときにほっとできるカフェです。
