祖師ヶ谷大蔵・砧『オテル・ドゥ・スズキ』
今回は、前回の成城学園前の隣駅、祖師ヶ谷大蔵にあるオテル・ドゥ・スズキ
をご紹介します。
こちらのお店は、祖師ヶ谷大蔵の駅前に「プレザンテ（フランス語で“紹介する”という意味）」と、駅から徒歩6分の住宅街にイートインのある「砧店」の2店舗があります。写真は砧店です。
1品目『かぼちゃのプリン』368円
かぼちゃ好きの私は名前で即決！ふわふわのクリームの下は、もちろんかぼちゃ！
すごくクリーミーで、かぼちゃ本来の甘みが生きています。優しい舌触りとバニラビーンズの香りにうっとりです…。
2品目『スウェディッシュ』368円
ケーキの上部は甘く煮たリンゴですが、しゃくしゃくとした食感はそのままでとっても美味。その下はナッツをふんだんに使った生地でボリューム満点。
また、シナモンも効いていてリンゴをひきたてています。
3品目『タルトレットフレーズ』399円
少し甘めのしっとりとしたタルト生地の上に、甘さ控えめの生クリームとカスタードクリーム…そして大好きなイチゴ♪シンプルなイチゴタルトですが、とってもおいしい～！
皆さん、いつもケーキのチョイスがベリー系に偏ってごめんなさい。
ベリー系好きなんです…。
今回もお店でショーケースを見てヒトメボレした3品をご紹介しましたが、
どれも素材の良さを大切にしていて、感動のおいしさですよ～♪
